sounds like it ran low on oil, and then seized. does it spend alot of time in the mud/water. assuming its the 500 in your signature, they have a slight problem with water getting in around the crank seal at the pull start. sand can work its way in there and cause this too. the good thing is those motors arent that hard to work on, the bad part is, your looking at around 1000 in parts. crank/piston/ etc..
