I'm looking to plow my paved driveway with a 2000 Sportsman this winter and I'm curious as to what you guys and gals are running for snow tires. I do have a set of V-bar chains if need be (worked great on my 2WD Warrior).

I have the stock Goodyears on my 700. I had a 99 500 and an 01 500 (all sportsmans) and all stock tires and they plow great. I've never needed a snowblower or had to shovel. It would take a lot of snow to not be able to clear it with your sportsman with even stock tires on it.
stir
i have a 400 spotsman and it plows great with just the stock tires
THC-LSD-Heroin-4-acetoxy-DiPT-Mushrooms-Cocaine-N02 just some of the drugs
we still have our stock tires on our 700 and it pushes alota snow (well it has just this year we haven't even had enough snow to make it worth putting the plow on)

I ended up going with a New Yamaha Big bear 400 with the IRS. I installed a Moose 60" blade using the winch to lift it. The bike comes with ITP mudlites and I have a set of chains just in case I need them.

well if you live in a place that gets a lot of snow every storm than you may want to go with the executionar tires or the bear claws from rockymountainatv.com
but if you dont get pounded with snow a lot then it would be best to stick with stock.
are you plowing with a winch or a lift kit?
