I have been doing research on them, because I think that I going to be running kenda tires next season. BUT, everyone that i have talked to says that the kenda tires are pretty good. Alot of people like the way they hook up and ware. So I think they are just as good as holeshots but alot cheap...
i use klaw fronts and knarly rears and like the combo alot. i have never rode on holeshots so i cant really compare for you. i do know that with the knarly rears, i was beating more experienced racers off the line that were on the ltr's. i about got the holeshot but an 06' 450r beat me to it because he was on the inside.
I recommend them. especially for the price.. you could almost buy 2 sets of kenda's to 1 set of holeshots.

But I believe the 22" Klaw XC fronts are only 4-ply. I know mine are .
