first things first. what kind of experience does your pilot have?
what machines has the pilot ridden in the past?
does your pilot already push the 80 to the limits of the stock machine on a regular basis?
I personally recommend shocks first.
Improved footpegs second.
If you can't keep the bike on the ground and your pilot on the bike, no need in going any faster.
Clutch mod third.
Shave head fourth.
Port work fifth.
Pipe dead nutz last.
too many people buying big bore kits, you will get more gain for your dollars elsewhere.
