    The guys are not happy with the Eton pipe yet,so I cant say.
    The 40cc is very hard to mod and there are no real bolt ons that can be done,sorry to tell ya that.

    hey 426ex , i waz just up at your shop a few weeks ago with my sons DRR90 . the qaud is running strong with the pipe and clutch springs. my ?? to you , if you could help is .... my son is now whining it out on the straights and the starting line . i waz going to change sprockets. what gearing would you recomand for it . he also does woods with me , so i would like to keep a little low end with a little more top end for the starts . any help would be great . and you guys do good work . MY SON LOVES HIS PIPE!!!

    Casey,

    I received the pipe monday for our Eton,Holy **** is this thing badazz!!I had surgery friday and its killing me not to put the thing on.I have a question.First the specs:
    2003 Eton Viper 90cc
    Hetrick port/polish
    Hetrich head mod
    Hetrick 20mm carb kit
    Malossi red rear springs
    Malossi torque spring
    4.5 g rollers I think
    Hetrick pipe/silencer
    no airbox/oil injection/battery box
    fresh crank bearings

    JETTING THE CARB-
    Pilot--???
    Main--???
    Needle clip pos.--???

    Fuel 110 Sunoco w/Bel Ray @ 32 to 1

    It should be close but check it,125 main to start.58 pilot, needle in the middle
