more speed out of a trx90

What can I do to get more power out of my son's trx90 without boring it out? He has a pipe and filter now he just needs more power.

look into different airbox and take the airbox lid off then you can think about changing the gearing to howhe wants his power.

Unplug the 4th gear rev limiter wire -can't remember the color- just trace it back from the cdi box. Single wire that connects to engine.

It's not actually a rev limiter. It allows you to go faster in 4th gear is all.

Honda calls it the "top gear limiter" or something like that. The next logical step would probably be a cam Jerry.
