Why don't you be more specific. So are you able to start it and drive around going through all the gears?

Something broke in the transmission. Probably broke a gear or stripped some teeth off and it's binding the transmission. Plan on splitting your cases and fixing your transmission. No way around it.

pull it with another quad or a truck. if it still doesnt turn over in gear then something is locked up inside. a roll start should work thats why they don't put pull start back up on them.

Sounds like you've got enough information already. Something is amiss inside the motor. However, have you checked your reverse shifting linkage? It could be that it is in reverse and a forward gear at the same time. If it is, it would cause what you are experiencing. If the linkage is okay, don't drag it around any more. You could do more damage.
