Koontz Adventures Outlaw XC Race

Todays event was held at the Good Evening Ranch in Summersville West Virginia. This same facility will host a round on the GNCC circuit later this season.

over 100 quads showed up for todays events

Pro and A start was LOUD! Anyone that has not seen a TRX450R hasnt been to a race in the last 2 weeks.

First turn action was HOT!!!

As soon as the first turn cleared, the riders were faced with what seemed like a small, shallow wet area in the field. More then one rider almost went over the bars as it was deeper then expected and very thick

Next out was an Open class. This being an Outlaw Race the classes didnt follow the normall Gncc order i am accustomed too.

Nonetheless- first turn action provided for some great spectating

C class 16 -21 had a KFX 400 grabbing the holeshot.

C class not withstanding, these fella's dropped the hammer and i was certain one would end up going over the bars

The second turn claimed this rider. No damage and he righted his quad and was gone!

C class 21 -29 was a large class. The red 400ex with Hipers in the center of the picture is exrider member "TACO"

Taco grabbed the holeshot!!! i actually missed getting the picture, but he pulled several quad lengths on the class until the raptor caught him in the first turn
