The 350x head will also fit on your 300 motor that'll give ya some UMP LOL I'm thinking of doing this w/ mine. One of our team members is goin to put a 350x in his 250x frame!!

it will definitely work, and it is supposed to be a nice boost in power.

i didn't look at your list of mods, but in case you havent done so already, you might want to do some suspension work. my friend knows a guy who did the same conversion a while back, and while he said it was REALLY fast, it was a bit too much motor and not quite enough handling. that's why i'm doing a 350X swap into a 250R frame.

the 400ex front conversion is awesome
i did the conversion from spindle to spindle
it feels like it jumps better than a stock 400 even though its the same suspension
a lot of people on here said the conversion is very bad
but i have raced on my front end for over a year with no problems

I have 400ex control arms on my 250x.I am not using 400ex shocks though.I have a set of Works shocks up front that are designed to use your original upper shock mounts(to use the 400ex shocks you need to fabricate a higher upper shock mount).I couldnt be happier with mine,it is a HUGE improvement over stock.

wvspeadfreak-How did you get those shocks to fit with your original shock mount? Do you have any pics of the front end of your quad?
