Gathering from what I have read here and from my own "seat of the pants test" the YFZ seat is not the softest. Fine.

Doesnt anyone make a aftermarket seat yet that is softer?

If not, who wants to start a little business venture with me.

Seriously though, arent any aftermarket seats available?

After putting some time on mine the seat broke in very nicely. I like it better that the seat on my EX which now feels too soft.

You can make it softer. Remove the seat cover and use a nail, or comparable object, ice pick, etc,,,and poke many, many holes in the foam of the seat. This alows the foam to move more. People from JPMX are doing this, and it works pretty good.
