Maybe now we can say how we feel about our YFZs without the threat of a lynch mob showing up at our door.

I see we have fellow R riders with the new Yamaha in th garage. I really like my new YFZ450. Still breaking it in. This thing rips in stock form. I really picked the yamaha over the TRX450R due to the electric start and overall appearence of the bike. I honestly think the Yamaha look better than the Honda. Just my 2cents.

I have to agree , it's great time have a diversity on this site now . This has to be the best site on the Internet for information and to just shoot the Chit !! Next year I will buy my membership for the site . I wish I could this year , but $$ is a little tight .

Pappy , any other things unexpectedly drop by your door from Baldwin?? Maybe some of those items can be mistakenly be sent to Canada ....

I did my first race with the YFZ this past weekend . I was running an outdoor ice race ( MX style ie snow jumps and slick corners) and I was VERY impressed with the quads handling and power . I was running against some pretty done up machines and all mine had was studds in the tires ( everyone else had studds also) . I pulled the holeshot in both motos , and ended up in a 4th overall . It could have been a better finish if I wouldnt have crashed twice in the 1st moto ( damn nervousness) and then I spun out in the 2nd moto and put it into a hay bail . I probably would have gotten a 2nd place overall ( 1st place guy was fast and had more ballz than I did to do all the jumps ) . Way till you get your YFZ on the track .....it's awesome . I'll try and set up a website or somethign and post pictures I've taken of the quad so far .

What pipe are you going to go with pappy, or anyone else? I'm thinking Yoshi or GYT-R.
