    Anybody have probs w/ stock header and CFM oil tank??

    I can't get my stock 400EX header on with my CFM oil tank! WTF? Anyone else running a CFM and stock header??

    You'll probly have to take the gas tank off, drain the oil out of the oil tank and pull it out the top. Most aftermarket headpipes dont go out as far up front if you would happen to get a x6 or dmc you wouldnt have to take them out next time. I'm sure other pipes would work too but the dmc and sparks are the only ones i have used with the oversized tank.

    Do you like the Sparks better than the DMC? Was it the Alien?

    I had the old dmc, I like the sparks better little quieter and it doesnt mely my boots like the dmc did. Couldn't tell much powerwise beacuse I added a fcr carb and a big valve fully ported head at the same time as the sparks pipe.

    How'd you wind up w/ 460? 440 w/stroker crank??

    Yeah 89mm piston and a 4mm stroker crank. Its not together yet but should be here sometime.

    Where ya getting your crank from? I've been thinking about getting one so I can run higher comp piston. How much?

    Powroll did the crank it ran about 550 with the heavy duty rod.

    What kind of turn around time are they talking? Is that the Carillo rod?

    I think it took about a month with shipping back and forth. They use there own rod. But that was about 2 years ago its been sitting for awhile waiting for me to save money after i got married. http://powroll.safeshopper.com/77/cat77.htm?896
