    400ex and 350x exhaust

I am doing a 350x motor in a R frame conversion and have been told that the header from a 400ex is the same as the 350x header. Is this true? Does this mean the 400ex and 350x heads are the same?
    thanks

no im almost positive the 350x engines only have 1 pipe coming out like the 300ex's not like the 400ex's where its 2 and slices into 1

nope...350x has two...400 head pipe works but might not work in the frame..may need bent or cut and welded to fit right. and no the heads arn't the same.

ok, so if the exhaust headers are interchangeable, then why isnt the head? I would think that if exhaust ports are the same then the other items in the head would be too.
So the head itself, the rocker arms, the cam, valves, springs, etc arent interchangeable?
