    should i go with a 416 or a 426

    i think that i am going to put a 416 or a 426 in my bike. i was wanting to know what you think that i would like better between the 2 i dont think that i want to put a 440 in yet i just want something better that stock. what one should i go with.

    I think the general opinion is to go with the 416, so later on if something goes wrong, if you score the piston wall or something, you can still go to the 426 and don't need a complete re-sleeve just to get running again.

    i agree with wilkin...


    416 is the best motor out there for 99.99% of the people... runs cooler, just as much power, and u can always go bigger if something happens...
