    how big?

    ok how big of a jump do you need to pull off a superman???
    I'm thinking of trying on at my friends you think 40 foot tabel is ok???
    please tell me be for a I try it

    all depends on the hang time not the distance ive seen full out recliners over 30ft gaps

    I would say you would have to pull off a fast super man! I can bearly do no footed cans on a 40 foot double w like 12 feet of air, but Im not fast. I would practice doing them (not extended much) on that then go to like atleast a 50 footer.

    im pretty sure derek was pulling no handed supermans off there kicker with only a 45ft gap. so with the right jump you can do quite a bit without a big gap.

    yea it all depends on the jump. If it has good pop then you could do it over somthing small. I have done fully extended superman over a 30-35 foot table top, it just had the perfect lip.

    it would depend more on the "air time" and distance you get... Get a pic you just jumping it, so you get an idea if you have the time to pull it off.

    thanks for the tips I've hit that jump bout 20 times so it kicks you upbout 8-10 feet. I'll give it a whirrl and let you guys see pic's after
