    does anybody know the oil to use on a 300ex?

    i need to change my oil in my 2000 300 ex, but i have no manual. I live in indiana so the temp is pretty low. I need to know what kind of oil and how much to use, can anybody help?

    I have a 2000 300EX, and I put Pro Honda GN4 10W40 motor oil in it, it covers a pretty big range of temperatures, whats the temp where u live?

    I live in indiana so right now the temp is anywhere from 20 below to 50 or 60

    i use quaker state 10w-40. For added protection after 3000 miles.....lol.
    Well it works for me.

    I just changed my oil here in Ohio and I used Honda GN4 10W40 and all is well

    I've decided to not worry about all that stuff....and just leave the original factory oil in it....forever!
