    My 440 kit? New Englanders read!

    My 440 kit came !!!hears what it has wiseco 89.00mm 11.1 piston , ADvanced sleeve ,sleeve and a cometic top end kit with steel gaskets. Also i orderd a stage two HOT CAM, IS THIS ALL I need and is thaire any one form New England who Knows ware to get a motor built rigth, I was gunna try bettencourts in bridgewater any one have help for me?

    New valve seals wouldn't be a bad idea...

    Along with replacing the valve seals, I would definitely go ahead and replace the timing chain with the heavy duty one from the CRF450. You can get both of these from Service Honda.

    I did all my motor work myself, so I cannot help you with finding a qualified shop that will do the work for a reasonable price

    I am sure there are places out there

    I'd go with an aftermarket set...like Viton,,they'll withstand heat much better than stockers... Timing chain wouldn't be bad either.. Might as well get a new clutch setup too from sparks racing or FDO and install it too while ya got the clutch out to put in the timing chain...

    wut about some HardWeld Rocker arms, heavy duty valve springs with titainum retainers, Stanless steel valves, and shortend valve guide seals?? this will defently help.

    Robs Racing Engines is a good place to get your motor built. Hes in merrimack new hampshire i belive.
