    Valve Adjustment On A 440

    WILL THE VALVE CLEARENCE BE DIFFERENT WITH A BIG BORE KIT VERSUS A STOCKER?... I got a shop manual for the bike but it is for stockers and i dont want to screw up my motor. thanks for your help in advance

    I set the valves slightly looser on the big bores kits due to the extra heat. .005 intake .006 exhaust

    So that makes it to where you have no valve clatter and it runs a bit cooler
