    Question Raptor

    Does anyone know the napa or fram numbers for the raptor oil filter? I have the bosch number and the yamaha number thanks to guy660 but cant find a cross to the fram or napa #.

    The local AutoZone cross referenced my Bosch 3300 to a Fram PH6607.

    oil filter

    i use a fram ph5343.works great .wal-mart 4.50 can't beat it

    Fram oil filters

    I wouldn't put a Fram oil filter on my Raptor. I remember seeing a post about not all oil filters being created equal. The issue with the Fram filter was that it fell apart on the inside. This most likely results in unfiltered oil passing through the engine or worse yet having parts of the filtering material go throughout your engine and plugging a passage. The problem mentioned was that Fram used a cardboard washer inside the filter that breaks down or comes unglued.
