Sory,thought u could ride
anyone delt with this guy?I bought some plastic from him and have not recived it yet.I have asked for a tracking # several times and he wont give me one.He says he sent it ups last Monday .Shouldnt take more than 3 day to get here ups.Its been 7 working days now.If i get it i will deleate this

I sent the Cash and never recieved items
I got riped $310.00 (dmc exhaust) (cmf air box)
I reported this and it comes up there is no such person as "chuck welma" (or how ever you spell it) in the area he had said!
the address came up as an abandoned house
I ride up in that area and no one from there know's who he is.

Same thing is happing to me right now... I sent him my PRM skid Plate and my Renthals in trade for a CMF Air Box and 50 Bucks...
I have not recieved anything yet....It has been 7 days and Nothing. I am in NY and he is in PA. It should be here by now...

the person at the addy we shipped to is his cuzin!
mean400's real name is steven McCoy
there is no such person as chuck welna!
only an 52 yr old man that is an business owner
steven's cuzin said that steve told him to take messages and get his mail bc he aint really home to get the packages!
the person at the addy also said that he will not be stuck in the middle of this and does not want anymore phone calls or packages coming to him for steven.

He mucy have used another person's name. and he used his cuzin's phone # and addy. and he does not want anything to do w/ this.

I haven't followed what has happened but I did some research and mean400 is Yell_ex. He apparently owns J&K Honda (that is what his signature line says). Email: ex_parts@hotmail.com. I'd say whatever you sent to mean400 (i.e. the name and address) are right on the money. Contact the U.S. Postal Service and his local cops.
