Houser
When i first got my a arms from houser i had a problem with one of the a arms sleeves being to small so i called houser and talked to a women there and with no questions asked she next day aired me a new sleeve free of charge, and even had the decency to call me to make sure i got it and everything was put together ok.
my second dealing with houser was 10 minutes ago. i ride at a spot with a lot of rocks and stuff that most likely ripped off two of my grease zerks from my a arms. i called them up to get some new ones. the same women picked up cause she remembered my name and had my address also on hand. i told her i need a replacement part and when i told her grease zerks she laughed and said she will send four out tommorow for me free of charge...now thats customer service
