    Brake Problem Solved!

    I posted earlier today saying my pads seemed too thick... here what it was: LoneStar brake block off was too shallow by about an 1/8"! I took it off and the piston pushed right in!

    If you check the pics, you can see where the piston "pin" was pushing into the blockoff! I hate poor engineering! Anyway, I had to end up drilling into the blockoff where the pin hit it. Almost went all the way thru.. tiny dents and tiny holes! Gotta get a GOOD new one now! You can see from the gap in one pic how much too shallow the block off was. For this weekend, I put a silicone inside the block off to seal it till I can get a new one.

    I hope this helps someone out there, I was stumped until Goochy told me how long that pin is.....
