Has anyone ever tried protecting their plastic fenders with car wax? I am using Formula 2001 (like Armour all) right now and it looks great untill one ride then it wears off, I wonder if some type of car wax will protect and last longer...

Yes, Mop and Glow floor wax works great. I have used it for years. It will make totally scratched plastic look almost new again. It also takes about 5 hard rides before you have to reapply.

Mop in Glow works the best but it dose build up over time. After every 5th time i use it, i clean the plastic and re apply. Once it starts to build up it starts to flake off. Specialy after a good wash.
