    Gibson long travel

    Can anyone please help me out, I have a set of Gibson long travel arms for my Ltr 450 and need the shock length, I'm trying to buy some fox shocks for it thanks.

    Put the a-arms on the quad and then put a 12" stand under the frame. Make sure you have the tires you want to use on. Then measure c-c of the bolt holes at 12" height and then again at 1.5" height.

    This gives you the extended length and the compressed length. Take those two and minus them and you get your shaft length. With that information you can call fox and see what fox p/n fits those shocks as they may not already have those a-arms in the system.
