the atv sat most of its live only a few tanks ran in it. Sat since 08 other than starting it once in a while to charge the battery. Selling the engine so I can build another hybrid since I have no land to ride. Comes with starter. It's ready to ship. I received and shipped 3 engines this way before no problems. I just set up a paypal but would prefer m/o because I never used paypal before so it's a little confusing to me. Shifter not included.
