ltr450 shocks

I'm going to rebuild my shocks on my ltr450 but I'm not sure what weight fluid to use and also what the reservoir pressure should be. I'm not finding any help on any other forums or any local dealers. I can't even find any local place that's reliable to redo my shocks. So any help on here is greatly appreciated
