    2006 ltr 450

I have a hard time getting my LTR to start when it is hot I have replaced the valves, cam,and fuel pressure regulator. Sometimes when it starts it will act like the timing is off like a tooth or so. It will idle but erratically and when you hit the gas it will stall if I wait a few minutes and start it again it will fire up and run fine. I was thinking the stator or coil. Does anyone else have any ideas and is there a way to test the stator and or coil I heard if spark is white the coil is bad.

have you checked the fuel injector? stabbing the throttle and it shutting off does that if its dirty.

Also when you set the timing is there 15 pins between the top marks? What is your valve clearance set to?

The injectors are good, valves are good and the bike starts and runs perfect untill it gets hot and then it doesn't want to start. I've replaced the valves and cam.
