Ok I may be on the wrong path here. I'll ask this what should I do to fix this? The oil drain hole not the plug is stripped out on my 300ex.

We have had same prob on one of ours. I went and bought an automotive drain plug repair kit which included a tap and slightly larger drain plug. Greased the tap and flushed afterwards, been good since. Hope this helps
