Unhappy Predator 90 blowing gear oil out vent tube???????

I have a 06 predator 90, just changed the top end ( done 30 top end changes on various bikes) and changed the gear case oil and ever since when he rides it will empty the gear case oil out the vent tube. I thought at first I over filled it, but I fill it back up half way on the sight glass and after an hour it was empty. I have called several Polaris service dealers and no one has any idea. Has anyone ran into this?

if it is a 2 stroke without reverse. You only need 3.8-4.0 oz of oil in there.
