    This just happened to me too. Did you wash out the case? I have been thinking of just flushing with water and then filling the case up with fuel to remove the water. Ideas? LT80 how have you cleaned the cases before?
    If you cant beat it, Shoot it.

    I use fuel mix to wash them out. No water.

    Save some money

    If you want to save some money and it's a duner I have a motor in my shop that Billy Holt built for my son it's 118CC AC If I remember correctly it a 54mm Bore X 50 or 52mm Stroke. It's out of my sons old Kasea. It's Complete Pipe Carb everything in tack. Only needs Rear clutch pulley I used it on my sons DRR and PVL ign as I used it on another motor also. It would be a very good Dune motor lots of torgue let me know Ill let you have it for cheap as we are done racing.
