Posted these results on a couple of forums - figure'd I would post them here too.

Dyno used was a Dynojet 168 dyno with 18" American Racer slicks with some sort of bead lock wheels.

Here's the setups and the graphs:

Dad's setup:
- Stock bore/stroke 2004
- DASA intake on stock 04/05 boot
- Racers Edge AZ 42.5mm FCR
- RBC Web 208/921 straight up
- 36/31 valves
- Wicked Motors head (decked)
- DASA LL 13:1 piston
- DASA Classic exhaust (uncut)
- Dynatek on Curve 3
- VP MRX02 fuel
- 14/36 gearing w/ +4" arm

- FBC Web 242/921 straight up
- 36/31 valves

- VP MRX02 fuel
- 14/37 gearing w/ +4" arm

We may have made a tiny bit more power if I would have remembered to switch the Dyna to the stock curve with the 10,500 rev limit - our bikes have always made the best power with the stock timing curve but I had been playing with the ignitions forgot to switch it back. I also might have been able to squeeze a pinch more out of mine if I would have richened up the A/F mixture since oxy fuel likes to be on the richer side of things - my A/F curve tagged 14.5:1 at one point! - Not good. I'll be heading back to this dyno in a month or two for the intake testing - so I'll hopefully get to tweak it a little more.

I also have a bigger engine on the way for next year thanks to John at RE AZ - it makes a bit more power than these
