I am freshening up my sons 06 lt80 and wanted to see if there is anything I am missing before I put it all back together.
I have cleaned up the rollers and removed two. used 60 grit sand paper to take the glaze off of all clutch faces.
cut and drilled rear clutches to 178 grams. meant to do 180 but cut a little too far on one so had to make them all the same.
changed the transmission oil and replaced it with 10w-40
replaced front wheel bearings
brake pads all look good as I replaced them when we bought it two years ago.
installed UNI air filter
Boysen reeds
cleaned carb
Trinity pipe
51mm wiseco piston
had head shaved while cylinder was bored
I have read on hear that the head gasket is reusable? Unless I hear otherwise I intend on just torqueing it back down to 115 in lbs (correct)?
widened rear stance by use of douglas wheels
widened front stance with dura blue 3" spacers behind douglas wheels
running NGK plug
removing oil tank and the drive on the end of the crank and mixing oil at 32:1 with 93 octane and a dose of ethanol treatment mixed with Honda synthetic 2 stroke oil
428 chain
14t front and 26t rear

Am I missing anything or is there anything that I have done that is counteracting something else?

AND since I have never broken in an engine with a wiseco piston exactly what is meant by hot and cold?

If this isn't enough of a noticeable change from stock I intend on sending whatever is needed to either Jack or chris to add a little extra something.
