    CRF 250 carb bored to 42.5

    High HP items;
    bold new graphics

    Hour meter

    Frame back from PC
    Steering stem bearing area clean up

    Gussets after PC

    06+ Airbox/tube and uni filters to make the FCR swap a breeze.

    More parts;

    Coming back together

    Tusk rotors and 'Boss Bearing' cheaap pads (lets see how long they last)

    Engine about to be buttoned up.
    Mods; HR+3 crank balanced to a 12:1 CP piston, Dynomite Magic on the head, +1 SS ferrea valves on 4 corners, new OEM springs, new guids ect.

    FCR Carb and 06+ airbox go together like it was stock.

    FCR jetted @ 195 main, 3rd clip on the GYTR needle, 45 pilot and my leak is 58 but I'll be going back to 30 by Matyt's reccomendation. (this is just set, haven't tuned it yet)

    Bend in the new 'to me' Rossier I upgraded to over the Pro Circuit I had.

    pro circuit

    Where I'm at;

    Put my swingarm on last night, I had to send the shock back to Stadium because it started to leak when I was trying to route it through the frame.

    More to post soon as I'll be totally finished this thing by mid week next week

    haha for sure, it gets so easy to assemble everything I can almost do it with my eyes closed now. I try and take it down to the frame every winter this is my 3rd year at it

    Good eye on the little tractor in the background.. I usually go out to this hillbilly 'wheels a churnin' its Mud drags, atv drags, trophy trucks, atvs, bikes, buggies ext(REALLLY redneck.. hence why i'm wearing a full suit in the 3rd pic lmao.. Some drunk redneck let his GF drive his truck and ran right into the tractor that was pulling the float with all the tractors on it lmao.

    Nice looking quad/work and awesome pic from the gopro video of your spill!
    Current quads:
    - Honda TRX 400EX - fully built 416cc motor and full XC racing setup for fast trail riding and hill climbing
    - Kawasaki Prairie 650 - work quad for around our property and main quad for the wife to ride
    - Suzuki LT80 - kids quad
    - Honda TRX 350RX - my old school hybrid MX quad from the 90's that has a 250R chassis with a built 350X motor and has now been converted into a XC setup

    Previously owned several other sport quads and a few trikes over the years.

    thanks Blodg!

    Here's the vid: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ql_PcvevpY8 it hurt lol..

    Ran my first ever XC race on the weekend. Had the kill switch in for the start (stupid I know lol) so I ended up last place out of 20 off the gate. I was able to climb up to 5th place by the last lap but I ran out of gas and stalled in a rut so it took me a while to get going again and I lost two positions as a result..

    All in all a good day though, I think I'm hooked lol.

    Here's vid of the first lap (watching that start is torture for me )

    Another edit.. We rode the small track at my buddy Gillie's place.. The big track is ****ed from the local yahoos having a rally race in their jeeps in the mud..

    So we rode the snot out of the beginner track
