    OIL at the CVT Cover

    I noticed an oil leak right above the oil drain bolt, coming from the large Cover on the belt side (kickstart side) I was under the impression that it was dry behind that case and this would indicate a seal leak on one of the shafts?

    Have not torn the cover off to identify yet what is going on...

    OK - Scratch that, looks like it is the drain bolt leaking and just blowing up onto the cover a little.

    I read on can-am site that some owners are re-tapping the drain hole as apparently this is a frequent can-am issue with leaking drain bolts.....

    Go get yourself the correct size brass washer and use it as a gasket.
