I've never had this issue with mine but a friend has an 06 and has went through 2 radiators, the last one was a large capacity alum and it blew out a tube. I didn't see it run when it did this but he said you have to ride it like you stole it otherwise it wouldn't run the best. As far as I know it's not blowing antifreeze to the overflow jug. Not sure why it would have so much pressure to blow out a tube? Cap was tested and releases at close to #20 which I thought was high? Any ideas?
