if your not worried about ground clearance, go with a 20 or lower if you want to get another set of tires, if not get a smaller sprocket in the front or a bigger one on the rear.

you could go to 23" fronts to get the stagger back. (and some grip in the front)
And do the gear reduction to get your bottom end power back.

I run maxxis razrs, 22x8x10 in front and 20x11x9 out back, 4 plys. I have 14/38 gearing and I have enough low end that I can drift it a lil. Also while putting around in 2nd I can just stand up and roll the throttle to bring up the front. I think the 22's are WAY to heavy for the bike. Plus the stagger helps also for traction
