    identify hotcam

hey guys wondering if anyone can help me out.
i have a hotcam i pulled out of my ex and need help identifying it.
its marked "8 THT", has the hotcam logo, and a full circle cam mounting flange.
the quad had a blown high compression piston, i went with a lower 11:1 and stock cam, so looking to sell the hotcam.
    thanks

That is a stage 2 hotcam. The best all around in my opinion for the 400ex. I verified with Hotcams.

me either its kinda weird but hey man, you should throw that hotcam in your motor instead of using a stock cam, you see alot of power gains from a beefed up cam, the stock cam is not all that bad, but its far from great.

I know your thread didnt ask for opinions about your machine. Sorry about that, just giving my honest opinion about it, your choice tho!

if i was riding it, i would have probably left it in. my girlfriend rides it, and she is still a begginer. it bogs unless you keep it reved up high. it rode fine for my style of riding. but for colorado mountain trails, i wanted to give her something with a little more bottom end.

    - So the specs of this cam is better than the stage 2 hotcam as for as duration. Would this be a better option? I asked in another thread, but since you actually have a pic, maybe this thread can give another opinion as well.
