#2 GBC Motorsports Jeff Pickens grabbed the Holeshot & the battle has been on ever since between GBC (Jeff Pickens & Jarrod McClure), HMF Engineering's (Brian Wolfe, Walker Fowler, Donald Ockerman) & Dirt Works (Duane Johnson, Michael Burrows, Kyle Martin) with the trio swapping the lead back and forth throughout the first 2 Hours of the race.

Currently HMF is in the lead with just a 5 second lead over GBC & Dirt Works is back only 17 seconds behind the leaders

Rath Racing lead by Daryl Rath is leading the Pro Utility ATV Class after Can-Am's (Michael Swift, Clifton Beasley, Rick Cecco) were docked a lap when one of the racers didn't stop at the scoring tent.

    Update from Pit Row:

Joshua Jones who is running 1st in Iron man is doing well after replacing a tire on the 1st lap and having to replace a shredded seat a few laps ago. He seems to be doing this all on Beef Jerky and water.

Team Black & Blue who are running in the +40 class said everything is running good. Drivers are swapping very smooth and quads are great.

Team Got Wood who are running the B Class said they do have a Quad that is down, another Quad that is having carburator issues and one quad that is Good. They are swapping drivers about every 2-3 laps

Open Fly Racing who are running in the C Class said their rider Jamie Weckel (Turbo) is picking up time for them when he is racing. They are having a blast.

Team Skidplates are running second in the Womens race took a spill. Rider Heather Stevensen took a spill and flipped six times and bent her steering stem. She is still racing strong. Katie Miller is looking forward to the hills at night, to see what they will bring for a challenge.

Team Dirt Works who are running Pro came in to the pits to swape to Michael Burrows and the rider before ran a lap time at their pit of 14:23 Track is great they said and the riders are well.

Team Lazy M who are running in the B Class said they are changing riders about every 3 laps and the last time they had to swap quads since rider had to hold the battery in with his foot.

And team Hansen Motor Sports are swapping riders and have Yard Sale sign in front of their pit because after they are done racing that is what it will look like. Racing to the end and looking forward to the helmet lights at night.
