Well I might be picking up a 2001 Mojave this weekend in beautiful condition. I currently have a Raptor 250, and am tring to decide whether the Mojave would be an upgrade. I was going to do the basics to the Raptor.... pipe ,filter, rejet. But the Mojave sounds like a pretty sweet little trail quad.

the mojave is a great upgrade from the raptor 250, it may be older but the engine is most definetly nicer for trails, and there is a much bigger possibility for them compared to the raptor. Just all around a better quad IMHO besides maybe the front suspension and the fact that there isn't a big aftermarket selection.
