Red Bud - only one day of open practice for quads??

Yep, I looked at RedBud's page to see about open riding. NONE are open to riders except one in October...

"New this year: No ATVs on the big track, except for Saturday, October 15.
Mini ATVs are included on the 50 track at all Open Riding days.
This only applies to Open Riding. ATVs are included in most race days. "

Nice...just another reason I'm not big on GLMX - they don't seem to care much for quads and the schedule is smaller than D14. I'm really glad I chose to run D14!

Sucks and I hear other tracks are "quad friendly". I believe Big Air is quad friendly and I'd love to ride it. We'll see.

So have you decided on what you're running this year? Class A/B/C?

NOT! And they have a national there and thats how they treat quads...... Typical considering the party involved.

I hope they're friendlier than they were the last time I was there, in 2009. The GLMX schedule stuck us quads racing on an open practice day. Poured like crazy the night before and the track was a disaster. We asked them over and over to try to clean up the muddy track a little but they insisted it would only make things worse. Racing was pointless. But low and behold, AS SOON as they flew through the quad racing, the dozers came out and they cleaned up the track, just in time for the dirt bikes to practice. Real nice.
