    i just got a 2002 400ex and my friends friend had a raptor with yoshimera exhaust and jet kit and he could bearly beat me and tried to tell everyone he smoked me and then when he traded his in and got a new one and we raced stock to stock i beat him badly and then he tried to say he didnt want to pass me and he was stayin in my dust easy. Then i rode it and it was like rinding mine but it dindt handle as well. and if everyone would tell me about there raptor and banshee beating stories.

    and does any one know if i can get a carbon fiber exhaust???

    If you beat your buddy's raptor stock for stock in a drag race than it's because of one of the following reasons:

    1) there is something SERIOUSLY wrong with his raptor...

    2) He can't ride...

    3) You were dreaming when you raced him and when you wrote your post!

    4) Your buddy weighs 700lbs

    5) or your buddy has a raptor 90 instead of a raptor 660r

    It is a fact that a stock 400ex will not beat a stock raptor (with equal riders) in a drag race.

    Thats true

    thats the sad but true facts stock 400 will not beat 660 in drag
    but you might beat one in the trails.

    Sad, but true. I watch it happen all the time in the stock class down here.
