    hahaha nice man

ok...the stroker is a bore stroke combo...it puts out more power that just a regular 440....a 440stroker(like i have) is either bored 20 over with 40mm stroker or bored 40 over with a 20 mm stroke

Stroker kits involve lengthening the stroke of the motor by way of a "stroker" crank. It gives you longer piston travel (up and down) and typically gives you more bottom-mid power.

nope, lil romey if u stroke it increases size of cc's/ so if u stroke a 400 which is actually 397 u get 422 i beleive . some one correct me if im wrong on that cc size . and if u stroke a standard bore it makes the bore too long for the bore . not a good combo . its best if ur gonna stroke it to bore it some or have it resleeeved to get the stroke /bore ratio back where it needs to be . a stroked 416 is a 440 like some one sadi above . a 440 stroked is a 465

    The final cc size depends on how far you stroke it. For example a 76mm bore 330r stroked 4mm is a 350. A 8mm stroker on a 330 bore is around 380. A 4mm stroker on a banshee 350 is a 370, where a 10mm stroker is a 450.
I'm not sure how far the 400ex stroker kits usually are. 4mm is pretty common for most bikes so it's probably around there. I know with a 250r, if you stroke it more than 4mm you have to trench the cases (so the crank won't smack the bottom of the cases at BDC).
