    Question Cough at light throttle

I have a 2004 Kawasaki V Force with aftermarket exhaust and clutch. It has developed a cough or spit back at light throttle. It runs great at full throttle. I rejetted when I installed the exhaust and everything was find for a couple of years. I reset the valves, changed plugs and taped over some of the holes in the airbox with little or no difference. Anybody had this problem?

needle in a hay stack at this point. start small by inspecting ans lookin (carb boots, choke cable hanging up,tears or rips in filter, fuel possibly)is it coughing or detonating? start at one spot and keep on it.

What pipe and what jetting are you running. I'm guessing your running the 12 hole mod for the airbox. Would help to know those things.
