    Electrical Issues on 525 IRS

Has anyone had any electrical issues on the 2008 Outlaw 525's? My IRS would turn over extremely slow on the button but would still start until yesterday. Then it started making that clicking sound like a dead battery. I changed the battery, cleaned the brushes in the starter, cleaned all the electrical connections, even cleaned the carb. The bike ran for about 10 minutes then totally died. It didn't backfire or pop like a bad stator, the engine isn't locked up, and it wasn't smoking like it had bad rings/piston (I only have about 4 hours on the new topend). I'm thinking it might be a bad CDI. Anyone had a similar issue or have any suggestions as to what this might be?

I have that identical issue right now with my 07 525 Outlaw and my 05 525 KTM. I have had private mechanics and the local KTM shop try to fix it with no results what so ever and it seems to just keep getting worse.. Did you ever figure this issue out?

    Thanks
