05 Brute Force front end problems

just got a 05 brute force and having a lot of front end problems..i know it needs to be aligned but it is almost near impossible to turn. there is also a little shake in the front but i think it is due to the alignment problems..does anyone have an idea? anyone else had this problem...the guy put after market wheels and tires but it shouldnt be this hard to turn..anything would be helpful..thanks

maybe the steering bushing is goin on it or maybe its stuck in 4wd
