So i was looking at my worn out mojo today. and well i came along of the idea of making it a 6 speed tranny. but minus the reverse. is there a way the could possibly be done??
Easiest way to do that would be to take out the mojo's engine and put in a klr250.
Mojave's were based off the klr250 so your practically getting the same engine but with 6 gears, and advanced timing.
I've tossed the idea around a few times myself since my mojave's engine is toast, only good part on it is the water pump lol.
One cool thing is since they were a trail bike they had a counterbalancer
