50 amp charge fried my electrical

yes my friend put a 50 amp charge on his big bear and now it wont start i hear a clicking coming from some sort of solenoid that has a small 22 gauge wire red that runs into the wire harness and 2 wires one that runs to the negative battery post and the other goes the the positive battery post .

what kind of damage could he have done i have a ohms tester. just need to know what needs to be checked it only makes a click when the key is turned on

When you say 50 amp charge do you mean it was set on a high charge rate and left for a long time or trying to just jump start?
Charging tiny batteries with automotive chargers pretty much boils the water out of them in as little as a few hours so as to make them junk . Turn on the headlight and see if it dims or goes out when you try to start the engine

it was set on a high charge for over night a believe will it burn any of the other electrical on the bike
