400ex turbo project.

this is my 1/8th mile, turbo 400ex build....

currently without the turbo it runs 8.83 seconds in the 1/8th, Im trying to get in the 7 or 6 second area.

lol, that looks like a no bueno turbo for a quad but good luck...

i was just wondering what size turbo would you actually use to turbo a 400ex and does the motor even have enough pressure to build the boost?? and doesnt the exhaust pullsate and wont that cause theturbo to mess up cause a cars exhaust pressure is equal and a even flow to build the boost? just few random ?s i would love to turbo my 440ex

Technically the turbo doesnt have to fully spool, as long as it forces more air then the regular engine setup, it will work, and currently its deffinetly forcing more air, its running so lean after 1/2 throttle it shuts off.

Im going to switch a few things up and see if it helps.

The turbo works like a fan, the pressure from the turbos blower is constant and doesnt pullsate like the exhaust does, atleast it seems that way?

is that turb attatched to anything ?
