    A-arm Bearings?

I just tore down my EPIC front end so i could lube up the pivots. I realised the pins were totally seized up (this quad is newly in my hands) so i pressed them out, greased them and put them back in, when i go to tighten the a-arms up the mounts pinch the bushings locking up my a-arms, because the pins have cut into the mounts just enough to keep them from riding on the pins. has anyone switched from the pin/bushing setup to a needle bearing setup? Also what is the fix to my problem? should i replace those a-arm mount peices? or shave a milimeter or two off the bushings?

    Thanks guys

We have new lower a-arm mounts that are stronger and will wear less.
