    Lock Nut Stuck!!!!!!

    help im going riding tmorrow with a bunch of people and my lock nut wont tighten up the right way the end of the nut facing the tire wont loosin up

    Did you take the ring off first? You need to run it in first. Remove the ring, then back it out.

    yes i took off and now im putting the nut back on and the end wont back off so the other end can tighten up

    Are you sure you are turning it the right way?

    Get a bigger wrench...

    If its that tight why do you need to get it off to ride?
